The wall that killed Array

In 2015, a small team spent two weeks building a product everyone loved. It never shipped. The build wasn't the hard part. The wall between "internal POC" and "deployed product" was. In 2026, I rebuilt it solo over a few evenings. The wall is shorter now, but it's not gone.
